The Clamp and Gasket Beers:

Kölsch – 4.4% ABV, A light, clean, crisp, delicately balanced beer with very subtle fruit flavors and aromas. Subdued maltiness throughout, leads to a pleasantly refreshing finish.

IPA – 5.5% ABV, IPA with hop aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, and toasted malts. Medium bodied with a dry, citrus finish and a lingering pleasant bitterness.

Stout – 5.2% ABV, Mild, roasted grain aromas with a subtle coffee-like character. Complex oats and dark roasted grain, adds nutty, grainy and earthy flavors that combine with malt sweetness. Medium hop bitterness with the balance toward malt characterizes the hop profile. A dark, full-bodied, roasty, malty ale with a complementary oatmeal character.

Specialties – We will augment the regular house beers and with additional specialties that fit the season. Our focus on barrel aged beers will also be reflected in the special selections from The Clamp and Gasket.

Our beers will be available in on draft, both at our Taproom and at select locations.  Specialties will be available in bottles or “draft only,” depending on the particular beer.
